Quality systems
At Leaderflush Shapland we take quality assurance seriously
and our operations comply with BS EN ISO 9001:2000, which covers
quality management systems in design, development and
production.

Product development and testing
Continuing product development and an exhaustive performance
testing programme enable us to offer wide scope for certification
and assessment of flush and panelled doorsets. In addition to
regular performance testing by UKAS accredited independent bodies
our in-house test facility allows continuous product development
and quality assurance checks. Our test facilities include a
furnace for full size doorsets, a cyclic testing rig, as well as
equipment for assessing mechanical properties and security
performance.
