Plasform® - Clean and Specialist Environments
 Three door facing materials and glazing
options are available to provide a wide choice of visual and
performance characteristics.
Facing options
Hygieniform PVC
An innovative and exclusive new high impact facing option which
incorporates the Hygienilac® antimicrobial additive within
the matrix of the PVC providing protection through the complete
2mm thickness. Hygieniform is a non-shedding facing material that
protects against harmful bacteria such as C.diff, E.coli,
Salmonella, MRSA and therefore prevents surface contact
contamination, essential in hygienic environments as well as
being suitable for ‘Severe Duty’ applications.
Clear PVC
A clear, non-shedding facing material with a nominal thickness
of 1.5mm, which is back-printed to give any solid colour or
specific graphic design, e.g. door signage or hazard symbols.
The complete door face is covered with a single material –
encapsulating colour, graphics, and seamless, joint-free vision
panels with few limitations. This completely smooth face makes
cleaning easy and therefore represents a hygienic option.
Laminates
High Pressure Laminates – these are coloured laminates with a
nominal thickness of 1mm. These provide a hardwearing,
low-maintenance facing in any colour or pattern currently
available from laminate manufacturers in postform grade.

Flush glazing systems

A completely flush joint with rebated acrylic outer glazing
panels to accept PVC or laminate facings.
