Ian Hopkinson – Managing Director
Ian’s extensive operational experience has enabled him
to focus on improving manufacturing and service
operations at our Langley Mill and Barnstaple sites. Ian’s
appointment as Managing Director has also been a key factor
in terms of aligning Leaderflush Shapland sales and manufacturing
activities with the overall objectives of LIG.
Jon Cook – Sales Director
Jon joined Leaderflush Shapland in June 2003 as National Sales Manager. Having worked in the Door and Joinery industry since 1992, Jon has brought with him industry and sales experience from varied businesses and roles. As Regional Sales Director Jon manages Leaderflush Shapland’s team of Area Sales Managers and also focuses on the education sector activity. Working closely with Garry Clark, Leaderflush Shapland’s National Accounts Director, Jon and Garry are able to focus on developing close working relationships with architects, main contractors and sub-contractors as a main route to market with an emphasis on added value being at the core of all activity.
Garry Clark – Strategic Projects Director
Garry joined Shapland and Petter in 1974, working up through a number of disciplines to his current position. This experience, together with working overseas and for a London veneer supplier provides Garry with the broad based industry knowledge required to direct his team, working within a business–to-business supply chain environment. Garry’s team supports Leaderflush Shapland’s activities in the healthcare, education and commercial sectors and in support of the specification sales activities nationally. Working in tandem with Jon Cook, Leaderflush Shapland’s Sales Director ensures a fully integrated and collaborative approach, delivering unrivalled expertise, value propositions and full customer access into the centre of the Leaderflush Shapland business.
Kevin Eaton – International Sales Director
Kevin joined Leaderflush in 1970 and has worked in various positions throughout the company. Currently he heads the company’s export business, exploring potential opportunities for Leaderflush Shapland overseas.
Robert Llewellyn – Commercial Director
Rob joined Shapland and Petter in 1985 as an apprentice, and has managed many areas of the business throughout his career at the company. Rob’s appointment as Commercial Director enables focused management of the day-to-day issues across both the Langley Mill and Barnstaple sites. Rob’s enthusiastic and energetic style along with his broad experience within Leaderflush Shapland will enable him to lead and develop the commercial division.
Stephen Beattie – Manufacturing Director
Stephen joined Leaderflush Shapland as manufacturing director covering both the Langley Mill and Barnstaple sites. Stephen has been at board level operations across a range of multi-million pound companies for the past 14 years now, developing world class manufacturing techniques, lean implementations and perfecting supply chain management.
