Rationalised Ranges
With the creation of rationalised products to suit various
doorset and ironmongery functions, design and tender costs are
reduced as well as eliminating repetitive processes.
Total Solution
Leaderflush Shapland's offer includes a total doorset solution
including the option of an integrated ironmongery package which
eliminates the risk of certification problems at a later stage
in the project and ensures the highest level of compatibility
and quality. Alternatively we can co-ordinate with an
ironmongery provider of the specifi ers' or contractors' choice.
Product Life-cycle
The product life-cycle for every doorset specifi cation
suggested has been analysed to ensure that the optimum solution
for the duration of the building's lifespan is provided. Working
with the BSF bid team we can provide more detailed information
to endorse the product selection.
Capacity to deliver
We are well aware of the growing demands on the construction
industry. The Leaderflush Shapland rationalised doorset range is
perfectly placed to meet those demands through design, cost
planning, manufacturing and delivery excellence.
With its increasing success in the education sector,
Leaderflush Shapland has unmatched expertise in manufacturing
doorsets for school buildings, having supplied approaching
30,000 doorsets to over 500 schools projects over the last 12
months.
With four manufacturing sites, producing in excess of 2,400
doorsets a week, Leaderflush Shapland has the capacity and
capability to handle multiple large orders at any given time.
This means that we are uniquely placed to deliver BSF scheme
doorset requirements as we are well aware that a number of
schools within a wave may have the same completion date.
Additionally, our project management service provides a single
point of contact at all stages of the project.

Certification
The company is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001
and has recently been accredited with OHSAS 18001 (Occupational
Health and Safety Assessment Series). All fire resisting
products are manufactured under the intensive BWF-CERTIFIRE
independent conformity scheme to ensure each doorset performs as
required in a fire situation. Leaderflush Shapland was also the
first timber doorset manufacturer to comply with the FSC chain
of custody scheme and employs a strict timber purchasing and
environmental policy in support.

Support
